OCHO SUITES & KITCHEN

Traditional Balearic building in the heart of Palma’s Old Town, next to the well-known “Lonja”.

Acquired in 2016, Sinergon coordinated the process of obtaining a touristic license the following year. The transformation of the building (bar, restaurant, guest bedrooms and rooftop apartments), the integral economic and project management, the commercialization and hiring of operators (the Swedish group Workation) was all under Sinergon’s scope in the project.

The renovation of the building was completed in 2019 and the hotel opened to the public that same year.
